Our next conclave is hosted by Nicha Achowalogen Lodge of the Golden Spread Council April 17-19, 2015 at Camp Don Harrington near Amarillo TX. Our Section Officers appointed Conclave Vice-Chiefs. The Conclave Planning Committee will meet at Tarleton State University January 16-18 to finalize the program and set the schedule.  Order of the Arrow 100th Anniversary

The Order of the Arrow has big plans for our 100th Anniversary in 2015. Check out the Centennial Programs like ArrowTour and prepare for the National Order of the Arrow Conference August 3-8, 2015 at Michigan State University

Order of the Arrow Training

  National Leadership Seminars offer the best in Order of the Arrow training. Get the best training on chapter and lodge operations.

Order of the Arrow Advisers' Conference
          June 21-27, 2015 at the Philmont Training Center

 Members of the national Order of the Arrow Committee will facilitate discussion on a variety subjects: • Improving lodge membership & retention

• Tips on achieving JTE status for your lodge

• How to successfully engage youth members

• Improving communications in your lodge and chapters

• Role of the adult in the OA

• Best practices shared by staff and participants

These subjects and many others chosen by the participants will be discussed during your visit to Philmont. Those attending will leave better prepared to achieve the purpose and mission of the Order. This course is open to all OA adults who advise youth in their lodge or chapter.

Participation in the OA Advisers’ Training Conference will fulfill a requirement under the personal growth category of the Arrowman Service Award for adult Arrowmen 21 or older.
