Any graphic files which are transmitted to us to be used with an article MUST be zipped prior to attachment.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">The web committee will not publish controversial, illegal or offensive information on this site. All submissions are subject to editing by the web committee. We will try to notify the author of any major text revisions as well as the location of his submission on the site once it is published. The original author can resubmit content if editing does not meet author\'s purpose or the author can request that any edited submission be removed from the site. We will try to honor any such removal request within 48 hours.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Any article submitted which contains a computer virus will be deleted and not published. Please use a virus scanner to check your files and diskettes prior to submission.</p></td></tr><tr><td><hr /></td></tr><tr><td><strong>General Web Site Guidelines</strong></td></tr><tr><td><p style="text-align: justify;">In order to provide a level of professionalism to our Section Web Site, the SR2-3N Web Publications Committee attempts to adhere to the following guidelines:</p><ul style="text-align: justify;"><li>All content contained in SR2-3N\'s Web site shall be under the direct control of the Section Key 3. </li><li>A link will be provided on the home page to a section contact page which will include an email contact link for the webmaster and others who maintain the records of the Section. Additional links to the webmaster and others will appear throughout the site as appropriate. </li><li>The content of the site is to be appropriate to the Scouting movement and the Order of the Arrow <br />External sites to which the section provides links will be reviewed periodically to determine appropriateness of content and viability of link. </li><li>Every effort will be made to either prohibit the publication of, or to protect, if published, safeguarded information related to the Order of the Arrow, such as ceremony details. </li><li>The committee will put forth its best effort to insure that all laws regarding copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property are adhered to. </li><li>Necessary permissions will be obtained prior to publication of information or identifying images of any specific individual on the site. </li><li>The site shall utilize a host server which allows the site to be maintained free of commericial endorsements or advertising.
