Web Content Contribution Policy

Lodge and section officers and/or their advisers may submit material to be posted on the Section web site.   All contributions submitted for inclusion in the web site which are sent via e-mail must have a valid return e-mail address. A member of the web committee will acknowledge receipt of all submissions and attempt to provide information regarding disposition of the submission. Inability to send an acknowledgement to the submitter will result in the information being withheld from publication on the site. We will not notify the submitter by telephone or any other means. Before an article is resubmitted due to non-response on the part of the web committee, the submitter should check his mail client to see if his return address is correct.

The web committee will not publish controversial, illegal or offensive information on this site. All submissions are subject to editing by the web committee. We will try to notify the author of any major text revisions as well as the location of his submission on the site once it is published. The original author can resubmit content if editing does not meet author's purpose or the author can request that any edited submission be removed from the site. We will try to honor any such removal request within 48 hours.

Any article submitted that contains a computer virus will be deleted and not published. Please use a virus scanner to check your files prior to submission.

General Web Site Guidelines
